Letting & Rent Collection Service

  • Collecting and paying the monthly rent within 5 working days of receipt via BACS transfer
  • Providing monthly rent statements

  • Monitoring incoming rent payments on a weekly basis and rent arrears procedure implemented in the event of non-payment
