Letting & Rent Collection Service
This service is available for landlords who prefer to have a hassle free professional approach to rent collection and manage their property on a day to day basis themselves. In addition to the above Let Only Service we will also take care of the following:
- Collecting and paying the monthly rent within 5 working days of receipt via BACS transfer
- Providing monthly rent statements
- Providing an annual statement for you and/or your tax advisor if requested
- Monitoring incoming rent payments on a weekly basis and rent arrears procedure implemented in the event of non-payment
- Negotiating and processing rent reviews at appropriate times
- Obtaining and registering a security deposit
- Serving statutory legal Section 21 notices for possession in accordance with the 1988 Housing Act and presentation of prescribed information
